    Such restful tones of faded colour. I would love to live in a place hundreds of years old, only needing a few embellishments to make it perfect. I wonder why interior fashion has come full circle to faded grandeur - perhaps a reaction to plastic, nylon and gaudy.

    You're welcome! It's such a simple idea and very practical if you add a liner to the linen shower curtain. The carved bressummer beam is a great way of combining old and new.

    These interiors are so magical and dreamy. I particularly like the bed shown at the top of the page. Do you think this would be described as a four-poster or a campaign bed?

    Oh me too Anna! I've seen them described as Campaign beds, presumably they were lighter to transport than a wooden four-poster??!!

    Glenda these are amazing images, I love it all!
    Fighting with our builder at the moment about the bathroom and his "industry standards" and no imagination, he would pale at the lack of conformity in these gorgeous rooms!
