|| BISTRO | BREAKFAST

Recreate that cafe culture in your own kitchen and start the morning with bistro style crockery, table linen and barista equipment. Also included recipes both healthy as well as a little indulgent, plus my own recipe for my favourite low G.I., high fibre breakfast.

Method: Take a handful of raspberries, add a sliced banana, then 40g of All-bran, top with 2 desert spoons of 0% fat Greek yogurt (Fage is my favourite!), sprinkle with chopped hazelnuts and mixed seeds and add a splash of skimmed milk - Enjoy!
